The ladder. Bootcamp is free. Masterclass is paid in full. Nano-Diploma is two prepaid halves, one before enrolment and one midway, so it cannot go into arrears. The Diploma is four quarterly payments, and this queue exists for it alone: reminder 3 days out, reminder on the due day, 7 days of grace, soft lock on day 8 (recordings, marking and new modules pause; live class stays open one more week), full pause on day 15 with the seat held 90 days. A human calls before any lock. Certificates never issue on an unpaid plan, and completed, paid quarters stay credited forever. Never a classroom callout, never a personal account.
