You will teach Data Analysis and AI Engineering cohorts, physical and virtual, and own the outcomes of the learners in your class.

What you will do

Teach two cohorts at a time, live, in person and online at the same hour
Rewrite modules when the field moves, which in AI is every quarter
Review learner projects and defend the grading in cohort reviews
Sit in on admissions calls when a candidate is unsure of the fit

What we look for

Four years or more working in analytics, data engineering or ML
Something you have shipped that made a decision or a product better
Patience with a learner who has never opened a terminal
Plain speech. If you cannot explain it to a beginner, we cannot use it

Operations

Campus Operations Lead

Owerri · full time₦450,000 – ₦650,000 / month

The Ikenegbu campus runs on you: timetables, facilities, power, connectivity and the mood of the place.

What you will do

Own the weekly timetable across physical and virtual cohorts
Keep power, internet and equipment working before a class notices
Run open campus evenings and community sessions
Report campus numbers weekly: attendance, completion, incidents

What we look for

Three years or more running a physical site, school, hub or branch
Calm under a diesel-and-deadline afternoon
Clear written reporting, not verbal updates
Based in Owerri or ready to move

School of Marketing

Curriculum Writer, Marketing

Remote · contract₦350,000 – ₦500,000 / month

Write the Social Media Management and Digital Marketing curricula: briefs, projects, rubrics and the reading that goes with them.

What you will do

Write module briefs a tutor can teach from without rewriting
Design the projects learners will put in a portfolio
Build grading rubrics that two different tutors would score alike
Refresh anything that goes stale within the quarter

What we look for

You have run real campaigns with a real budget
You can write clearly, at length, on a deadline
Comfortable being edited
Six-month contract, renewable, fully remote

Growth

Admissions Advisor

What you will do

Answer inbound enquiries on WhatsApp, phone and email, same day
Walk applicants through the ladder and the free Bootcamp
Tell an applicant when TecPal is not the right fit for them
Keep the pipeline clean in our own CRM

What we look for

Two years in admissions, sales or customer success
You can say no to a sale without losing the relationship
Excellent written English
Comfortable being measured on completion, not just signups

Product

Product Designer

Lagos or remote · full time₦700,000 – ₦1,000,000 / month

Design the learner platform: dashboard, course player, checkout and the parts of Pal learners touch.

What you will do

Own flows end to end, from research to shipped screens
Design for cheap Android phones and thin data first
Keep the design system honest as the product grows
Sit with learners at both campuses every month

What we look for

Four years or more designing products people pay for
A portfolio with decisions in it, not just screens
Comfortable in a small team without a research department
Bonus: you have taught, mentored or written publicly

Growth

Community & Events Manager

Lagos · full time₦400,000 – ₦600,000 / month

Run the calendar: demo days, open campus evenings, career fairs, hackathons and partner events like The Evolution Workshop.

What you will do

Plan and run at least two events a month across both campuses
Own the cohort Telegram and WhatsApp communities
Work with ambassadors and partners on co-hosted sessions
Report attendance, cost per attendee and what came of it

What we look for

Two years running events or communities with real numbers attached
Unbothered by logistics that change on the day
Writes well enough to run a community without sounding corporate
Willing to work some evenings and Saturdays

Support

Learner Support Specialist

Owerri · full time₦280,000 – ₦400,000 / month

Answer learners quickly and kindly, on the channel they chose, and fix the thing rather than closing the ticket.

What you will do

First response on WhatsApp, email and in-app within the hour
Resolve access, payment and cohort issues end to end
Escalate the pattern, not just the ticket
Keep the help centre answers current

What we look for

One year or more in support, or a strong reason to start here
Warm, patient writing in standard English
Organised enough to hold forty open threads without losing one
Based in Owerri
