TecPalAnnual Outcomes Report 2026
Placement rates, salary bands, completion rates and refund rates for every 2026 cohort. The good and the not-yet-good, with the methodology attached. If a school will not show you its outcomes, that is also an outcome.
1 · How we measure
Outcomes are self-reported by alumni at 6 and 12 months after graduation, then spot-verified against offer letters or LinkedIn with each graduate's written permission. Salaries are medians of matched roles; remote and foreign-currency roles are converted at the month's official rate. Non-responders are counted in the denominator, never dropped. No cherry-picking: every cohort appears, including the weak ones.

5 · Refunds, plainly
Paid programs carry a 7-day full-refund window from day one of class. This year: 14 refunds requested across 1,444 paid enrollments (0.97%), all paid within 5 business days, no forms beyond one message. We publish this number because hiding it would tell you more than the number does.
6 · Hiring partners
